K. K. Globus Ventures is a “Corporate Sports Education Project” that educates youth and promotes physical education, sports literacy, fitness-wellness, and sports-socio awareness through our interactive and structured modules with a pedagogical approach. We are a team of Sports Professionals, Physical Educationists, Doctors, Sports Mentors, and the National & International Sports Advisory Panel best in the industry who support and contribute their expertise. Our target is to provide progressive training modules to school-going children from grass root level and also provide a platform for advanced-level sports excellence.

Our initial strategies are to involve students & create their interest in activities to make them comfortable on and off the field, to motivate and encourage them to

participate, create an athletic and sportive environment among the students and a good bond between coaches and students. We are engrossed in developing an active ecosystem for the development of youth through our structured modules and professional club affiliations. Our motive is to establish a sports mindset in the school so that more and more students love the sport and engage in various activities. We will also be taking care of their safety and dietary and social skills that can be helpful to induce the help them to become a fit and competent citizen. 

Keeping in tune with the call of including sports in the academic curriculum, we have designed our entire sporting curriculum keeping in mind the students’ needs.  When sporting disciplines are included as a part of the school’s academic curriculum this will ensure overall and scholastic development as well as active participation in games and sports. On the path towards making Indian grassroots sports stronger than ever, we have associated with various sports and physical education institutes, sports academies, clubs, and professionals in and around the nation.

Origin of our K.K.Globus Ventures

K.K. Globus Ventures, a prominent sports management company, finds its poignant origins intertwined with the cherished memories of its Managing Director and CEO, Ms. Indrani Sarkar. Founded as a heartfelt tribute to her beloved parents, Mr. Kalikinkar Ghosh and Mrs. Kabita Ghosh, the company stands as a testament to their enduring legacy. The inspiration drawn from their names, “K.K.” signifying Kalikinkar and Kabita, reflects not only a familial bond but also a commitment to excellence and dedication.
